To help achieve this vision we are looking for an experienced People Manager to support our three academies in Southampton; Lord’s Hill, Mayfield and Sholing.
What you will be responsible for:
A full job description is attached but in summary you will work closely with the Senior People Manager and senior leaders to deliver effective operational support across a range of People activities.
Working collaboratively with the wider People team and Centres of Expertise (CoE's) you will deliver regional people plans that address specific functional people challenges, driving a high-performance culture through coaching and influencing leaders, executing and embedding business change initiatives, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
What you will bring:
- Proven track record as an HR generalist in fast-paced, complex organisations
- Extensive knowledge of people and employee relations processes, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to analyse and interpret business strategy and to develop and deliver people plans to support it, leading the delivery through cross-functional teams.
- Strong influencing, partnering and relationship building skills, with experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
- A broad change management skill set
- Solutions driven approach
You will be fully supported by our Senior People Manager and a National team of dedicated HR professionals.
