- Looking for a flexible role? This will be remote based and offered on a 3 day a week basis (with flex around days). We are also open to hear from candidates who maybe looking for full time equivalent hours.

Please note this role is a maternity cover offered currently on a 1 year FTC.

About our L&D role

The role is three fold really. You'll firstly be heavily involved in programme Mgt & co-ordination of  Teacher Development programmes. You'll enjoy working with stakeholders (to include tutors & trainees) and support the varying regional teams ensure they have what they need to run the programmes. You'll often be a first point of contact for queries and enquires and will enjoy fielding and finding answers to these.

Secondly you'll be involved in programme development , working closely with our Education team and the NioT to ensure continuous improvement of programmes through quality assurance and gathering feedback.

Thirdly you'll be a source of advice, guidance and consultancy for managers and employees across the organisation with reference to Teacher Development.
